1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using qodebase (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are listed in USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the editorials and starter materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or publicly republish the content, and you may not share your account to circumvent subscription fees.
5. Your code and content
Code you write while completing challenges stays on your own machine and is never uploaded to us. You retain all rights to the code you create. The Service stores only your progress and checkpoint answers.
6. Intellectual property
All editorials, visualizations, branding, and original materials are the property of qodebase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party libraries, datasets, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that it will meet your specific learning or career outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qodebase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
